The pick up location will be the same as the drop off locations.The closest drop off to Hollywood would be:Chinatown Senior Citizen Center, 600 N Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90012Keep in mind that it is still a distance from Hollywood.

Q: I am looking at this tour for Tuesday 7/26/11 for 4 people. We only want 1 room, but the grand total comes out to be $1698. ($518 x 2 = $1036 @@plush; 3rd person free @@plush; $518 for 4th person = $1554) so how come it comes out to be so expensive? It is not a holiday weekend we are departing on...I see one of the answers says there is an additional fee, but what is that for? It wouldn't be considered buy one get one free then right? Secondly, what age is considered child? Do we need to provide proof? Lastly, will we be living inside of the Grand Canyon? Thank you. View answers (1) A: |

Price for child applies when a 2-9 years old child staying in one standard room as a third or fourth person. You will need to provide date of birth for your child.
For this particular tour, yes will have an overnight stay inside of the Grand Canyon for the first night.
*Maximum room capacity: 4 people including adult and child/infant. If you have 4 adults and 1 child, you must book 2 rooms for your group.
The price for $1698.00 is for 4 people on sharing room basis.
$518.00 x 2 passengers for the first 2 passengers
+ $190.00 applicable additional fee for the 3rd passenger
+ $472.00 fee for the 4th passenger (as we are charging for 3 passengers, it will be the Triple Occupancy rate for the 4th passenger).
Total Amount $1698.00
*The third guest joins the tour for FREE (except applicable *additional fee) on share room basis.Additional fee=$190
*Prices listed have NOT been adjusted.
*** Offers are provided and confirmed only on an availability basis. Once confirmed, the reservation cannot be changed or removed without a Cancellation Fee. If cancellation of free-fare passenger(s) is made at least 5 days before tour departure date, the reservation will be subject to a $30 Amendment Fee plus the amount for the paid participating travelers.*Cancellations of the Free Passenger(s) within 5 days of tour departure and No-Shows on the tour departure date will be assessed a $378 (additional surcharge applies on holiday) penalty fee per passenger, that will be paid in cash by the other participating travelers of the reservation. This is a mandatory fee to be collected by the tour guide on the date of tour departure in order to participate on the tour.

2011-06-24 04:36:41 Hi Hai-Anh Nguyen:Before you start the tour, we will send a voucher with all the important information for joining this tour, however an elaborate timetable is not available because the timing is flexible, depending on traffic situation and weather. You may not prepay the entry fee $69.00 to Grand Canyon to the travel agent because that portion is to be paid in cash directly to the tour guide on the day of your activity and this is mandatory.

We do not offer a parking lot.
You will have to find your own parking lot and your own transportation the the pick up location. Most people who are local will take a taxi or have a friend or relative drive them to the pick up location.
If you book as a single traveler, you will have your own room at the single traveler rate.

Once the bus goes to the Chocolate Factory and Cactus Gardens, it does not go back to Las Vegas. You also cannot join a tour for just one segments of the tour. The tour guide will not have enough time to pick you up and we will not have enough space for you on the bus for just that segment of the tour.

I will already be in san Francisco prior to that date so I wont be joining the coach at the airport-if I book can i join the trip at the first hotel in San Francisco-and if so how will i know which hotel it is going to be? If you would like to join the tour at the first night's hotel, this is possible. Please simply let us know in the comments section of your reservation that you would like to self transfer to the first night's hotel and we will reconfirm the first night's hotel for you.
Simply leave in the comments section that you would like to have a hotel extension and we will offer you the proper quote and hotel.
Generally we offer a hotel near the LAX airport that will offer free transfer service to and from the LAX airport.
